EVERY SNAP COUNTS

The block you finally sustained, the read that came a half-second sooner than last week, the season the playbook stopped being something you had to think about — all of it, in one place.

Nothing to open and nothing to log in to. One game per page, undated, so the record keeps whatever pace you do.

Who it's for. Middle school, high school, or college — this journal follows the player lining up every snap: the lift before school, the film at night, the assignment you have to know cold by Friday.

Inside this journal:

  • 5 Heritage Archive reference pages
  • 32 Daily Logs with a five-item PLAYER CHECK tracker
  • 32 Game Logs pages
  • 32 Player Notes pages, dot-grid, for drawing up plays
  • MEASURABLES, SKILLS LOG & BEST GAME KEEPSAKE

Every daily page carries a PLAYER CHECK tracker for lift, practice, film, recovery and notes, checked across morn, mid, eve and night, a today’s focus line and an open log entry.

Every game log page gives you an opponent / score heading and guided space for scouting report, my matchup, snaps and stat line, plays I’d run back, plays I want back and film grade and coach notes.

Heritage Archive reference pages open the book with SQUAD ROSTER, ORIGINS, THE GEAR BAG and PLAYER TERMS, plus a MEASURABLES / SKILLS LOG / BEST GAME KEEPSAKE spread.

Player Terms, explained inside:

  • ASSIGNMENT — Your job on this play. Do it first; everything else comes second.
  • SNAP COUNT — The sound in the QB’s cadence that the ball is snapped on. Offense moves on the count; defense moves on the ball.
  • GAP RESPONSIBILITY — The specific running lane you are accountable for on a defensive call.
  • LEVERAGE — The side of an opponent you keep, forcing the play back to your help.
  • PAD LEVEL — How low you stay through contact — the difference between winning and losing a rep.
  • HAND PLACEMENT — Where your hands land at contact, controlling the block or the release.

The gear bag checklist covers:

  • On Field — helmet and mouthguard, shoulder pads, girdle and knee pads and cleats
  • Training — resistance bands, cones and agility ladder, jump rope and sled
  • Recovery — water and electrolytes, tape and prewrap, ice pack and foam roller
  • Reference — install sheets, lift program and max chart, season schedule and current sports physical

Skills you can track: stance and first step, assignment mastery, pad level and hands, tackling and blocking, ball security, film preparation, special teams and recovery habits.

A present that does not go out of date. Right for senior night, signing day, end of season or birthday, and undated, so the first page waits for the right day.

Specs: 6 x 9 in · 103 pages · undated · matte cover · black & white interior.

Also published in Pocket Size (4 x 6 in) — same interior, same cover, a different trim.
